In our area, many of the homes are built with crawl space areas and not basements. Closing the area will also stop pests and animals from moving in the crawl space which will help keep any items there safe and allow you to use it for storage. After the crawl space is protected, if necessary we will install a series of floor jacks to lift sloping floors above the crawl space.
