Crawl Space Solutions

In our area, many of the homes are built with crawl space areas and not basements. For a long time, these were created with vents to the outside where were intended to help fresh air flow into the space and keep it dry. Unfortunately, this is rarely what happens. The vents allow water to enter the space when it rains or snows and then it never leaves which causes the humidity levels to stay high which can facilitate the growth of mildew.
