As long as there have been crawl spaces, they were created with vents to the outside where were intended to help fresh air flow into the space and keep it dry. Closing the area will also prevent critters and animals from settling in your crawl space which will help keep any equipment there safe and allow you to use it for storage. After the crawl space is protected, if necessary we will install a series of floor jacks to level sloping floors above the crawl space.
