In our area, many of the homes were built with crawl spaces instead of basements. For many years, they were built with vents to the outside where were intended to help fresh air flow through the area and keep it dry. Unfortunately, the opposite is usually what happens. Encapsulation will also stop bugs and animals from getting in the crawl space which will help keep any appliances there safe and allow you to use it for storage. Once your crawl space is encapsulated, if you need it we will install a system of sagging floor jacks to stabilize sloping floors above the crawl space.
