Crawl Space Solutions

In Fort Monroe, there are many homes that are built with crawl spaces instead of basements. For many years, these were built with vents to the outside where were intended to help air flow into the space and keep it dry. Unfortunately, this is rarely what happens. Encapsulation will also prevent bugs and animals from getting in the crawl space which will keep any items there safe and allow you to use it for storage. After the crawl space is protected, if necessary we will install a series of sagging floor jacks to lift sloping floors above the crawl space.

Structural Foundation Repair
